Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk services including check-in/out, reservations, and guest assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and guest rooms
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support special events and VIP guest services
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods
