Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out and during guest interactions
- Manage reservations and handle billing inquiries with precision
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and event coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and lobby areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems and basic office software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
