Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a smile and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries promptly.
- Assisting housekeeping staff with room preparation as needed.
- Sorting and distributing mail and packages.
- Supporting special events and hotel functions.
