Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and valet services
- Manage billing, payments, and cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
