- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas with attention to detail

- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid California Food Handler Card (if serving food/beverage)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
