Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness standards

- Assist with valet services and luggage handling
- Maintain detailed logs and report maintenance concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license for valet positions
