Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping schedules for optimal efficiency
- Assist with event setup, meeting room preparation, and banquet service
- Maintain pristine public areas, including lobby, pool deck, and dining spaces
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Basic computer literacy and reservation system knowledge
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
