Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests across all touchpoints
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash drawer procedures accurately
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
