Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through personalized check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations for optimal guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain positive relationships
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Collaborate with food & beverage, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Participate in cross-training programs to develop versatile hospitality skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification preferred
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Must pass background check and drug screening
