Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house staff and housekeeping teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and health regulations.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and financial reconciliation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk, or customer service required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Property Management Systems (PMS).
