Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using hotel management software.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with event coordination and concierge services as needed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
