Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Deliver outstanding housekeeping services ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas
- Assist with valet parking and guest transportation coordination
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support event setup and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license for valet positions
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during shifts
