Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, answering questions regarding local attractions and amenities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including the lobby, corridors, and restrooms.
- Support the housekeeping department by delivering amenities and reporting maintenance issues.
- Handle incoming calls professionally and relay messages accurately to staff members.

Qualifications
