Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in a timely and helpful manner.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Reservations & Check-ins: Process check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, acting as a professional point of contact for the hotel.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Must be outgoing, friendly, and possess a genuine desire to help others.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or reservation software is a plus.
