Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Maintain pristine standards for guest rooms and common areas
- Process check-ins/check-outs efficiently using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak seasons and events
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Support daily operations with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
