Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services at front desk/check-in
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with concierge team for guest requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid NY state driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Fluent English; multilingual skills a plus
