Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
