Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to inventory protocols
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly via hotel systems
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment functionality
- Adhere to safety procedures and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with security team for overnight access and guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English communication abilities
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- Background check and drug screening required
