Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/nights
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Washington state food handler's card (or willingness to obtain)
