Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a positive demeanor.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and transparency.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest requests and concerns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
