Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and during all interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following safety protocols
- Operate reservation systems and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with team members during peak shifts and events
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid food handler certification (for F&B roles)
