Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to hotel standards
- Restock amenities, toiletries, and supplies according to inventory protocols
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and sustainability guidelines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning stations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
