Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and changing linens
- Stock guest rooms with amenities and ensure all supplies are adequately maintained
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow hotel safety protocols and cleaning standards consistently
- Manage cleaning cart inventory and restock supplies efficiently
- Provide courteous guest interactions during room service delivery or requests
- Adapt to last-minute room assignments and priority cleaning requests
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability to work weekends and varied shifts
