Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with warm hospitality
- Manage weekend room assignments and key distribution efficiently
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during evening/night shifts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Monitor property security and safety protocols during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Basic computer proficiency in reservation systems
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (if required for errands)
- Must be 18+ years old and able to stand for extended periods
