Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through front desk operations, concierge support, and valet services
- Manage room reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments
- Process payments and operate property management systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and lobby spaces
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid California driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
