Your Role:
In this part-time role, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors throughout the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Handle lost and found items with care and report them according to company policy.
- Organize closets and storerooms to maintain efficient operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong time management abilities to meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes.
