Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance departments
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and urgency
- Maintain organized front desk documentation
- Assist with special requests and concierge services
Qualifications
- No experience required - we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights/weekends)
