Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and presentable.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or needed repairs immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding cleanliness and hygiene.
- Respond promptly to room service requests and special guest needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
