Responsibilities
- Deep-clean guest rooms, suites, and common areas to 5-star standards
- Manage inventory of linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and special requests
- Complete daily inspection checklists with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion
- Operate commercial-grade cleaning equipment safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or custodial experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Valid CA driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Basic English communication skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of green cleaning practices preferred
