Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust or debris.
- Bedding & Linens: Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and ensure all linens are folded and stored neatly.
- Restocking Amenities: Restock mini-fridges, replenish toiletries, and organize guest supplies according to brand standards.
- Common Area Maintenance: Vacuum and dust public areas, hallways, and lobbies to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Laundry Duties: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Reporting: Identify maintenance issues or missing items and report them immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to notice the smallest details.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 20 lbs).
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
