Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure room readiness for new arrivals
- Operate industrial laundry equipment and manage linen inventory
- Adhere to safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain organized supply closets and track inventory levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
