Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and public areas to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Guest Interaction: Provide friendly, professional service to guests and respond promptly to requests.
- Inventory Management: Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to ensure rooms are fully equipped.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the engineering or management team.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Uniform Maintenance: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to hotel grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not always required for enthusiastic applicants.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and the ability to follow specific cleaning protocols.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
