Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are thoroughly sanitized and spotless.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies to enhance guest comfort.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and ensure all fixtures are free of marks or debris.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines while using cleaning products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods with stamina.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
