Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas in accordance with strict hygiene protocols.
- Bed Making: Ensure linens are crisp, beds are perfectly made, and all amenities are replenished to guest standards.
- Inspections: Perform detailed pre-arrival and post-departure inspections to ensure quality control and identify any maintenance needs.
- Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning carts, laundry supplies, and guest amenities efficiently.
- Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report any damaged furniture, plumbing issues, or safety hazards to the engineering department.
- Laundry Duties: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and towels with high attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background screening.
