Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Columbus area
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings (flexible shifts)
