Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard protocols
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies meet brand standards
- Operate commercial laundry equipment efficiently and report maintenance issues
- Adhere to safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to guarantee quality standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak occupancy periods
- Report maintenance concerns promptly to management
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for property transfers)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English communication skills
