Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are stocked according to brand standards.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, maintaining high hygiene levels.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items, and report them immediately to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related hospitality role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
