Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to strict company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Make beds with precision, replace linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate maintenance issues to management immediately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and check-in processes.
