Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas according to established quality standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish bathroom amenities and supplies to guest specifications.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and chemical handling procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
