Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, including hallways and restrooms.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are restocked and fully functional.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and sanitize surfaces to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including extra towels, toiletries, or room maintenance needs.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the maintenance department immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical usage and proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
