Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and P&L statements to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing hotel staff across all departments.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, employee retention, and high morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, local community partners, and vendors.
- Drive revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives and upselling programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue, managing P&L profitability, and improving guest satisfaction scores.
- Strong understanding of hospitality software and property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Delphi.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in hospitality or business administration is a plus.
