Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Execute detailed room inspections to ensure 5-star standards
- Operate professional-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Adhere strictly to sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Valid Oklahoma hospitality/cleaning certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-defect standards
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
