Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to company standards and health regulations.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and neatly arranged.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, toiletries) in guest bathrooms.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
