Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone coverage.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during night shifts.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial records.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure public areas are pristine.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (PMS).
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
