- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions to local attractions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Process payments and prepare accurate daily reports.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
