Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional, welcoming tone.
- Monitor hotel security and safety protocols during your shift hours.
- Assist with room preparation and maintenance requests to ensure a pristine environment.
- Process payments and handle guest inquiries regarding local dining and transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
