Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all hotel departments including check-in, dining, and entertainment areas
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public spaces and back-of-house areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for conferences and entertainment shows
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
