- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems while maintaining accurate records
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Respond to guest requests via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service standards
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Perform daily audits and financial reporting duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or front desk experience
