Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera PMS system
- Manage room reservations, inquiries, and VIP guest requests with meticulous attention
- Resolve guest concerns proactively while maintaining service excellence standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction
- Train new team members on front desk procedures and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with grace
- Valid California driver's license (for valet rotation)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Previous revenue management experience a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
