Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Execute detailed deep cleaning protocols for all surfaces and fixtures
- Manage inventory and restock amenities efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest requests with professionalism
- Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices a plus
